1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.waveycash.com or selling any item to Wavey Cash LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Wavey Cash LLC purchases secondhand goods including electronics, gold and jewelry, luxury handbags, watches, pawn tickets, and e-scooters. We are a licensed secondhand dealer in New York City. We do not make loans.

3. Seller Representations

You represent that you are the lawful owner of any item offered for sale, that the item is not stolen, lost, or otherwise encumbered, and that you have the legal authority to sell it.

4. Identity Verification

All sellers must present a valid government-issued photo ID. We are required by NYC law to record identification details for each transaction.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made at the time of purchase by cash, Zelle, ACH, or other agreed methods. Offer amounts are determined by Wavey Cash LLC based on market valuation and may change at any time.

6. Hold Period

All purchased items are held for the minimum period required by NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection regulations (typically 15 days) before resale.

7. Prohibited Transactions

We do not purchase items that are stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction.

8. Pawn Ticket Buyouts

When buying out an active pawn ticket, the seller authorizes Wavey Cash LLC to redeem the item from the pawnshop. The seller warrants the ticket is genuine, unexpired, and unencumbered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wavey Cash LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any transaction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
